PHILLIPS – Lucy Phillips, age 96 of Snellville, GA, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Davis and Joshua Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park. Lucy was a member of Yellow River Baptist Church and retired from Gwinnett County School System as a lunchroom manager. She and her husband enjoyed traveling to all 50 states. Lucy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years in 2008, Clyde Lawrence Phillips, Sr. and parents, Henry David and Mary Brown Barrett. She is survived by her children, Lawrence and Becky Phillips of Monroe, GA, Annette and Jimmy Rogers of Eatonton, GA, Barry Phillips of Ormond Beach, FL, David and Mary Phillips of Dawsonville, GA; twin sister, Lucille Holland of Conyers, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Ralph and Allene Barrett of Bostwick, GA; grandchildren, Jennifer and Mark Sousa, Chris and Melissa Phillips, Stephanie and Justin Welch, Alicia and Craig Colby, Joshua and Elizabeth Rogers, Johanna Phillips; great grandchildren, Brandon, Christian, Mackenzie, Alexander, Jackson, Alexis, Parker, Connor, Noah, Macy, Lillie Mae and Lucy.
