Sue Cato Person Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Person – Sue Cato Person age 75 of Kenton, OH formerly of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. A funeral service will be held 2:30 PM, Saturday, August 6, 2022, in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. She will be buried at Suwanee United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends before the service from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the funeral home. Sue was married to James Walter Cato for 27 years, preceding his death in 1993. They were blessed with three children. In 1997, she married William Person, Jr. who survives her. Sue was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Grace Johnson; brother, Bob Johnson; and sister Lyn Gunter. She is survived by children, Tim Cato, KY; Anita & Vis Mendez, OH; Patrick Cato, Lawrenceville, GA; stepdaughter & son-in-law, Kim & Chris Brooks, OH; sister & brother-in-law, Gay & Rich Boassy, Loganville, GA; 2 biological grandchildren, many Mendez grandchildren and children of her heart; along with several nieces & nephews. She was most happy surrounded by family, reading, working on crafts, and doing projects with her grandchildren.
