CARPENTER-Charles “Charlie” Carpenter, age 65 of Loganville passed away, Thursday, March 11, 2010. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Jones & Rev. Leigh Jones officiating. Burial at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge, GA. Mr. Carpenter received a B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina and a Juris Doctorate from Woodrow Wilson School of Law. He was a member of Presbyterian Church of the Resurrection. Mr. Carpenter is survived by his wife: Gail Dennard Carpenter; children: Allen & Michelle Alford, Monroe; two grand dogs: P.J. and Bella; Ashley & David Wells, Athens; two grandsons: Cooper & Zachary Wells; brother: Roger “Chuck” & Cindy Carpenter, Mt. Holly, N.C.; sister: Susan Carpenter, Mt. Holly, N.C.; sister-in-law: Nancy Carpenter Great Falls, S.C., and nieces & a nephew.
