Burnett, Hugh Dorsey - Hugh Dorsey Burnett age 78 of Norcross passed away Monday, February 15, 2010. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 18, 2010 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Burial at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville. Mr. Burnett was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved gospel and blue grass music, and little antique cars. He was preceded in death by Grand-daughter, Brandi Lynn Burnett and is survived by Wife: Vena Burnett of Norcross; Children: Debbie Shelton, Tucker, Barbara Jean Avery, Sandersville, Charles Burnett, Norcross; Sisters: Ruth Anglin, Jeannette Garrett, Annette Collett, all of Alpharetta, Shirley Duke, Duluth, Rachel Martin, Cumming; Grandchildren: Tobey Avery, Milledgeville, Brian Shelton, Casey Shelton, both of Tucker. In lieu of flowers memorials to the County Line Baptist Church Building Fund, 430 Strickland Road, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
