KASPARVICH - Mary Kasparvich, age 85 of Monroe, passed away December 27, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, December 29, 2009 in the Stateroom of Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Monroe. Mrs. Kasparvich, a native of England, met her husband there during World War II. She played the organ and enjoyed painting with oils. She is survived by her husband: William Jay Kasparvich; daughter: Darlene Arnold of Monroe; son: Rob Kasparvich of Athens; daughter: Denese Goldberg of Roswell; one sister; two grandchildren: Brandi Lee and Kenny Goodin; five great-grandchildren.
