BRISCOE, Glenn - Glenn Briscoe, age 79 of Monroe, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 24, 2009 at Campton United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Draper officiating. Burial will follow in Campton United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Briscoe was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of Campton United Methodist Church. Mr. Briscoe is survived by his wife, Shirley Coker Briscoe; Daughters and Son-in-law: Glenda and Jerry Ewing; Connie Briscoe; Son: Terry Lee Briscoe, all of Monroe; Sisters: Nell McBride, Kentucky; Matt Dickson, Bogart; Diane Black, Athens; Grandchildren: Jessica Whitlow, Monroe; Beth and Luke Golden, Bostwick; Chris and Samantha Banks; Tim and Nikki Garner, all of Monroe; Erica and Josh Barman, Covington; Paige Briscoe; Hannah and Seth Whitlow; Chase Banks; Ella Garner, all of Monroe; Ava Barman, Covington.
